Pink is the color of love and friendship. It is the sweeter side of red. It is the embodiment of all things strong: a beating pink heart, a healthy pink flush on the cheeks, a courageous individual. Thus, an appropriate color to represent the resilient men, women, and families who are afflicted by breast cancer.
Blends is proud to announce our partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. (NBCF) and have committed ourselves to spreading Breast Cancer Awareness.
We will be featuring individuals located around Southern California who are affected by breast cancer. These self-told stories will be carefully documented and will find its home on our online journal every Monday during October.
Furthermore, all locations will be selling specially produced t-shirts with a portion of the proceeds to be donated to NBCF for further research, life saving programs, and support services. To also help drive widespread awareness of this partnership, we will be changing our signature black shopping bags to “NBCF Pink” in honor of these strong women and men. Purchase online here.
