Dubbed “White Christmas” by creative director Tak Kato, the fourth installment of our ‘bones’ series with Vans Vault was released by surprise. This Blends x Vans Vault Sk8-Hi Reissue Zip was our tribute to the golden age of sneakerism in which fans enjoyed the chase by pure word of mouth. Being one of the original sneaker boutiques back in the sneaker boom of the 2000s we wanted to relive that moment again and give our loyal fanbase something to be excited about. The shoes were released on Christmas Eve with no social media promotion and were unavailable online.
